Terms & Conditions
1:1 or 1:2 sessions are for 30 or 45 minutes. Mat classes are for 45 minutes. If you are late for a session, this time will be deducted from your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and will not be refunded. If I am late for a session, this time will be made up at a mutually convenient time, but not necessarily during that specific session.
- Every effort will be made to offer regular session times, but this cannot be guaranteed. Bookings can be made up using Gymcatch in advance.
- Payment. Payment is due in advance of sessions, either by the booking app Gymcatch, or Stripe payment link.
- Your session fees include the Pilates session. For Studio sessions, this fee includes use of the equipment.
- Cancellation of group/mat classes booked via Gymcatch: if you are unable to attend a class booked as part of a course, please cancel your session via the app as far in advance as possible. If the place is sold to another client, you may be credited with one class pass to use at another time. Rearrangement for group/mat classes will only be offered for up to one session per half term. Any extra changes will result in you losing those sessions. If less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation, you will forfeit 100% of the cost of the session.
- Cancellation of 1:1 and 1:2 sessions: 1:1 and 1:2 sessions, please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. Every effort will be made to rearrange at mutually convenient time for 1 session of each block booking; if you are unable to make any of the alternative times offered, you will forfeit the session. If less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation, you will forfeit 100% of the cost of the session.
- If you are unable to attend a session due to Covid-19 and needing to self-isolate, you will be offered the option to attend via Zoom. Please note the experience will be different, but every effort will be made to ensure the learning experience is as positive as possible.
